Dr. Kathrin Foshag
Senior Consultant
Kathrin Foshag is a Senior Consultant at Momentum Novum and works at the TdLab Geography at the Institute of Geography at Heidelberg University. Previously, she was a PostDoc at the Institute for Environmental Physics. Her dissertation, completed in 2018, focused on "Climate change in the public space of the city of Heidelberg. Transdisciplinary challenges of urban spaces" at the Heidelberg School of Education (HSE) at Heidelberg University. Her research focuses on the development of solution approaches for major societal challenges such as adaptation to climate change and education for sustainable development. In addition to being strongly based in natural science disciplines, the integration of expertise and perspectives from practice partners outside academia into the research process plays a major role (transdisciplinary research).
